About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor for our North Forsyth location to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire repair process. From the moment a vehicle is dropped off to its final delivery, you will manage the customer experience, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction at every stage. This role involves preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinating with technicians to verify all damage, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. You will be the bridge between our repair team and our clients, ensuring the best possible experience while upholding our company standards.
