About the Role
As a Barista in our Coffee Shop, you are the face of our hospitality. This position is dedicated to reviewing and filling customer orders while ensuring food is handled safely and the work area remains clean and neat. Beyond the counter, you will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to both customers and team members.
Your day will be defined by genuine connection. You will greet customers with a smile, make an effort to learn their names, and treat them as the most important people in the store. Whether you are escorting shoppers to products, securing items from high shelves, or taking orders over the phone, your goal is to enhance the shopping experience. You will work closely with a team to anticipate product needs, prepare fresh items, and maintain a pleasant, safe environment for everyone.
