We are seeking experienced 2nd Shift CNC Operators to run Lathe and Turn machines. This role is designed for individuals who wish to advance their careers by executing a higher level of workmanship in a professional setting. In this position, you will interpret complex op sheets, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to guide your machining operations. Your day will involve loading and unloading parts, performing precision inspections using tools like micrometers, calipers, and CMMs, and making critical decisions to accept or reject parts based on tolerance requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, documenting actions in the ERP system, and collaborating effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams.

While the schedule is primarily Mon-Fri, overtime may be required as needed to meet production demands. This role requires a high level of focus, as you will be working under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation.
