About the Role
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our 2nd shift team (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday). This role offers a generous shift differential and the opportunity to develop your career by operating a diverse array of high-precision equipment, including 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines, VTLs, horizontal lathes, creep feed machines, and 5-axis grinders.
In this position, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce metallic workpieces such as castings, forgings, and bar stock. Your day will involve interpreting process sheets, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to ensure parts meet or exceed customer specifications. You will be responsible for analyzing CMM reports, adjusting machine offsets, and performing precision inspections using tools like micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Beyond machining, you will maintain a safe and clean work environment, document actions in the ERP system, and collaborate effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams.
