As a CNC Programmer II (1st Shift), you will program, set up, and operate CNC milling centers to produce precision components that meet blueprint requirements, tolerance expectations, and quality standards. This role is designed to ensure the highest level of repeatability and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Beyond technical execution, you will document best practices and help develop others through training and mentorship. You will play a key role in supporting a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that setups and machining processes are clearly defined to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
