About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the production of precision components, ensuring they meet our rigorous engineering specifications. You will set up, program, and operate CNC mills or lathes, interpreting complex blueprints and engineering drawings to determine the most effective machining operations and tooling setups.
Your day will involve selecting and installing appropriate fixtures and work-holding devices, monitoring machining operations to maintain tight tolerances, and performing basic preventative maintenance on the machines. You will work hand-in-hand with engineers, production leads, and quality personnel to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support new product introductions. This position is ideal for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in high-quality output and is eager to contribute to a culture of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Requirements
