About the Role

This position is based at our Rock Island, Illinois facility within the Inpro/Seal LLC sub-division. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC machinery to perform precision machining operations, including turning, boring, facing, and threading parts made from castings, forgings, and bar stock. The successful candidate will work within a Zero Harm safety culture, actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed customer expectations. This is an onsite role requiring the ability to multitask and run multiple machines simultaneously while ensuring strict adherence to manufacturing drawings and quality specifications.
