About the Role
This position serves as a critical link in our manufacturing operations, focusing on the advanced setup and operation of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) mills and multi-turret lathes. The role is designed for a skilled professional who thrives in a precision-driven environment, ensuring the production of high-quality metal parts for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of production jobs, from pulling advanced programs on the CNC controller to performing necessary tooling maintenance and troubleshooting. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining tight tolerances, particularly on Swiss Screw machines, and involves active collaboration with fellow operators to drive process solutions and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
