Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRepair electrical and electronic CNC equipment programming interfaces and production tools
- check_circleMaintain hydraulic equipment, welding equipment, Kinetic burning tables, and drilling machines
- check_circlePrioritize, schedule, and furnish projects to the maintenance crew
- check_circleCoordinate work with shops and yard crews to accomplish production goals
- check_circleAdvise supervisors of equipment repair status and anticipate equipment needs
- check_circleTeach and mentor maintenance crew members on equipment handling and repair techniques
- check_circleIdentify equipment problems and implement safe, cost-effective solutions promptly
- check_circlePerform facility building and yard maintenance tasks
- check_circleMaintain a safe working area and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- check_circleEnsure all documentation, work orders, and logbooks are filled out accurately
Requirements
- verifiedMaintenance experience with kinetic burn and drilling machining centers, CNC machines, beam lines, angle masters, Lincoln electric controllers, or welding equipment
- verifiedStrong knowledge and experience in electronic controls and PLC programming
- verifiedCertified Lincoln Electric controller repair
- verifiedStrong background in CNC programming for various machining centers and burn tables
