As a CNC Machinist Level III, you will serve as a critical link between engineering design and physical reality. This position is dedicated to manufacturing complex, detailed components and tooling derived from blueprints, sketches, models, or verbal instructions. You will operate a diverse array of equipment, including CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual machine tools, and grinders, applying advanced mathematical and geometric calculations to ensure precision.
Your day-to-day involves setting up and running both new, unproven parts and proven medium-to-high-complexity components. Beyond standard production, you will support prototype development activities and collaborate with engineering teams to refine new product designs and process improvements. You are expected to maintain strict adherence to tolerances using precision measuring instruments and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance machining efficiency and tooling effectiveness.
You will be working in an environment that values craftsmanship and safety. The team relies on your ability to interpret complex specifications and troubleshoot issues to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Your role is essential in ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality requirements before it moves to the next stage of production.
