About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to our mission, as you will be the primary point of contact for patients requiring daily living assistance and basic nursing care. You will work cooperatively within a diverse setting, adhering to strict health and safety standards to support the well-being of our community.
In this position, you will assist patients with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording patient conditions, documenting care provided, and supporting patient mobility and transfers within the facility. Effective communication with patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team is essential to ensuring comprehensive, quality care.
