About the Role
Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join a premier manufacturing company in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Reporting directly to the QA Manager, this full-time permanent position blends technical precision with leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will develop CMM programs, design specialized gages for complex inspections, and lead internal audits and first-piece inspections.
In this role, you will coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities, mentor junior QA technicians, and conduct root cause investigations to manage Corrective Action Reports. You will also maintain accurate scrap and rework analysis alongside technical documentation, ensuring high standards of quality control and calibration.
