In this role, your attention to detail ensures every part meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity. As a CMM Operator, you play a critical role in verifying that aerospace components meet exact specifications, directly supporting safety, compliance, and performance in one of the most demanding industries in the world.

The Role in Context

This position offers a unique chance to step into a permanent role from day one within a high-precision environment. You will work hands-on with advanced measurement technology, collaborating with quality, engineering, and production teams to maintain the integrity of aerospace manufacturing. The role is designed for individuals passionate about precision who want to make a tangible impact on the safety and performance of critical components.

Work Environment

You will operate in a combination of shop floor and inspection environments. The role involves prolonged standing, bending, and crouching, along with exposure to machine noise and metal dust. The workspace requires adherence to strict safety protocols, including PPE requirements, and maintaining a clean, organized area. The physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance if needed) and handle parts on surface plates without damage.

Schedule and Location

• Location: Park City, KS
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
