About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this role, you will provide person-centered care designed to ensure we meet every resident's unique needs. Your day will involve supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our community members, assisting them with activities of daily living, and implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.\n You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner, providing assistance with activities and programs while administering medication. By offering a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging, you will play a vital part in our residents' quality of life.
