Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this person-centered role, you will ensure we meet all of our residents' needs by supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being. You will assist residents in activities of daily living and administer medication while working closely with the clinical team to address needs in a timely manner.
Your day will involve implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines. By providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging, you will help residents thrive.
