Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this role, you will provide person-centered care that ensures we meet all of our residents' needs. You will be instrumental in supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, assisting with activities of daily living, and implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines.\n Your work will foster a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging for our residents. You will collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure that resident needs are addressed in a timely manner, while also administering medication and assisting with resident activities and programs.
