About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. This role is centered on providing person-centered care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. You will be an integral part of a culture built on diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging, working alongside a clinical team to address the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of those we serve.
In this position, you will help residents maintain their dignity and comfort by implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Your work will foster a sense of companionship and belonging, ensuring residents feel supported in their activities and programs. Requirements
