About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this role, you will provide person-centered care designed to meet the unique needs of our community members. Your work will focus on supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while assisting them with activities of daily living.
You will implement personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. By working closely with the clinical team, you will ensure that resident needs are addressed in a timely manner, including the administration of medication and assistance with resident activities and programs.
