About the Role
Your role will be to ensure that the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. You will welcome and acknowledge all members and guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs with genuine appreciation. Your day will involve assisting members and guests with the pre-arrival process, arrival, activities, and departure, while handling unique requests to promote satisfaction. You will serve as a Lobby Ambassador, gathering information about the property and surrounding area amenities, and coordinating with various departments to resolve requests and ensure a seamless experience.
