About the Role
This position is essential to supporting America's food distribution system. As a team member within the department, you will portion, cut, slice, and package meats and seafood to specific sizes and weights according to work order specifications and customer preferences. You will ensure all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Hiring Process
