About the Role
As a Cloud Architect, you will serve as a Strategic, Evaluation, and Technical Advisor (SETA) to government leadership. In this capacity, you will develop and apply advanced techniques to investigate and solve complex system requirements and problems. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between high-level government strategic goals and technical execution, ensuring that cloud architectures are robust, secure, and aligned with DoD mandates.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing unbiased technical analysis and recommendations on cloud strategies, migration paths, and security controls. This role requires you to translate mission requirements into actionable technical concepts and design patterns, while overseeing the work of development contractors to ensure alignment with architectural and performance standards. You will also play a key role in mentoring government technical staff on emerging cloud technologies and promoting DevSecOps best practices across teams.
