About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IFS ERP Application Support specialist to provide hands-on functional and administrative support for a complex enterprise environment in Des Moines, Iowa. This long-term contract role is designed to keep core ERP processes running effectively across finance, procurement, manufacturing, and asset-related operations. The position focuses on helping users adopt improvements that increase efficiency while ensuring the platform remains stable and optimized.
The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting abilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and the technical judgment required to support integrations, reporting, and ongoing platform enhancements. You will partner with business teams to clarify operational needs, drive user enablement, and coordinate system changes, acting as a bridge between technical capabilities and business goals.
