About the Role

This System Administrator position is critical to maintaining the security and integrity of our technical environments. You will serve as a key member of the IFS Team, responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure issues across user systems, servers, storage platforms, and network connectivity. Your day-to-day work involves performing system administration functions, applying security patches and updates, and supporting the design and deployment of new infrastructure projects.

You will be the eyes and ears of our mission-critical systems, conducting 24/7 monitoring, logging, and reporting. This role requires close coordination with ISP and GW GES watch staff to maintain situational awareness, as well as direct communication with customers and support personnel to provide timely notifications and responses to event activity. Additionally, you will perform router and switch updates to support essential security actions.
