As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead care teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, overseeing high-quality, patient-centered clinical services that adhere to regulatory compliance and best-practice standards. This role exists to ensure the delivery of exceptional care by providing direct supervision, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinicians. You will serve as a bridge across specialties, coordinating interdisciplinary care to support complex patient needs.
In this position, you will drive quality improvement initiatives and support staff education, ensuring that every team member is equipped to deliver the highest standard of service. You will participate in program development and data-driven improvement projects, helping to shape the future of our clinical operations while maintaining a culture of safety and compassion.
