This field-based position is located in Kearney, NE, within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division. As a global leader in cardiac rhythm technologies, our mission is to develop innovative solutions that improve how doctors treat patients with heart arrhythmias.
The CRM Product Support Specialist serves as a vital clinical interface between the medical community and the business. You will provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff. Your day will involve responding to field inquiries, building credible business relationships, and facilitating training sessions to ensure healthcare professionals have the expertise needed to utilize our products effectively. This role requires collaborating with engineers, technical specialists, and vendors to solve complex clinical problems while supporting sales initiatives.
