In Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, we are advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation. This role serves as a critical clinical interface between the medical community and the business, providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products.
You will work with a high degree of independence to respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff. Your day will involve building and sustaining credible business relationships, developing and leading training programs for healthcare professionals, and providing regional EP procedural case coverage. You will also act as a backup to EP Sales Representatives, assisting with sales support, clinical studies, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training. As a key contributor to the Arrhythmia Management strategy, you will provide feedback to management on market trends and next-generation product components while resolving complex clinical problems.
