The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is a clinical leadership position within the Transplant Service Line on the main UAMS campus. Serving as the leader and facilitator for all Transplant Nurse Coordinators and support staff, this role oversees all clinical and operational functions related to the Transplant Program. The position is dedicated to ensuring a highly competent workforce, engaging staff in clinical research to drive better patient outcomes, and embedding patient-family centered care principles throughout the clinical setting.
