This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be the guardian of quality standards, utilizing proprietary tools to audit assessments and analyzing trends that drive continuous improvement across the team.
In this role, you will spend your day reviewing quality audit data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations, and developing comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes. Beyond analysis, you will actively contribute to the team's growth by providing Quality Assurance (QA) training to staff, helping them incorporate quality measures into their daily practice. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and the capacity to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
