This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment ecosystem. The primary mission is to ensure the integrity of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will act as a bridge between raw data and clinical decision-making, reviewing QA data to identify patterns and comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Beyond analysis, this role involves developing comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes, and potentially providing training to staff to embed quality measures into their daily practice.
You will join a team dedicated to maintaining high standards in human services and behavioral health. The role requires navigating multiple systems and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to support effective decision-making. Success in this position relies on a blend of analytical precision and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
