This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, helping to refine quality measures and support staff in maintaining high standards of care.
In this role, you will spend your day reviewing quality audit data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations, and identifying patterns that impact program performance. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to train staff on incorporating these quality measures into their daily practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position requires navigating multiple proprietary systems and adapting quickly to new technologies to support the team's mission.
