This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment ecosystem. The primary mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will act as a bridge between raw data and clinical decision-making, reviewing QA data to identify patterns that inform continuous improvement across the team.
In this role, you will not only track and report on activities and outcomes but also have the opportunity to influence daily practice by providing quality assurance training to staff. The position requires a blend of analytical precision and interpersonal skill, as you will communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals to incorporate quality measures into their workflows. Success in this role depends on your ability to navigate multiple systems, adapt quickly to new technologies, and work both independently and collaboratively to uphold high standards of care.
