This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous quality audits, analyzing trends in performance scores, and providing feedback that elevates the standard of care across the team.
In this role, you will utilize proprietary tools to review clinical data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations to identify areas for improvement. Beyond analysis, you will actively contribute to the team's growth by developing reports that track activities and outcomes, and potentially delivering training to staff on incorporating quality measures into their daily practice. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
