This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by systematically collecting data, conducting quality audits, and analyzing trends. You will bridge the gap between data and clinical practice, reviewing QA data to identify patterns and providing feedback that helps staff incorporate quality measures into their daily work.
In this role, you will utilize proprietary tools to audit assessments and compare recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Your analysis will drive the development of reports that track activities and outcomes, ensuring compliance with program contract requirements. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from clinical staff to leadership.
This is a remote position supported by Maximus, which provides company-issued computer equipment. To perform effectively, you must have a private and secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 20 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload). The role demands a high degree of independence, though you will also collaborate closely with the team to maintain high standards of care.
