About the Role
This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, conducting peer reviews, and driving continuous improvement in how quality measures are integrated into daily clinical practices.
In this role, you will navigate multiple proprietary systems to audit assessment data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Your work directly impacts the quality of care by identifying systemic trends and developing reports that track outcomes. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to train staff on incorporating these quality measures into their workflows, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.

Requirements
- verifiedTwo (2) or more years related experience
- verified2+ years previous work experience in Quality and Risk Management in a clinical setting
- verifiedBachelors degree in Human Services, Social Worker, or related health field
- verifiedMinimum of two (2) years of experience in human services field
- verifiedExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
- verifiedFamiliarity with behavioral health diagnoses, psychotropic medications, and medical diagnoses
- verifiedFamiliarity with Person First standards and HIPAA compliance
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Human Services, Social Worker, or related health field. Experience conducting medical and/or behavioral health assessments. Familiarity with Person First standards and HIPAA compliance. Additional certifications related to social work, healthcare, or human services.
