This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous quality audits, analyzing trends in performance scores, and providing feedback that elevates the standard of care across the team.
In this role, you will utilize proprietary tools to review clinical data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations to identify areas for improvement. Beyond analysis, you will actively contribute to the team's growth by developing reports that track activities and outcomes, and potentially leading training sessions to incorporate quality measures into daily practice. Success in this position requires a blend of analytical precision and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will join a dedicated group focused on maintaining high standards in human services and behavioral health. The team operates with a strong emphasis on detail, solution-oriented thinking, and collaboration. Whether working independently on complex data sets or partnering with peers to resolve quality issues, you will be part of an environment that values adaptability and continuous improvement.
