This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment ecosystem. The primary mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between raw data and clinical decision-making, reviewing QA data to identify patterns that drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
In this role, you will not only track and report on activities and outcomes but also play a proactive part in elevating team standards. Depending on operational needs, you may provide quality assurance training to staff, helping to incorporate essential quality measures into their daily clinical practices. The role requires a blend of independent analytical work and collaborative teamwork to navigate multiple systems and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
