This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by systematically analyzing data, conducting peer reviews, and identifying trends that impact service delivery. You will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, helping to refine quality measures and support staff in maintaining high standards of care.
In this capacity, you will utilize proprietary tools to perform quality audits and review recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Your work involves developing comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes, providing the leadership team with the visibility needed to drive continuous improvement. Beyond analysis, you may also contribute to the team's growth by providing training on quality measures, helping to embed a culture of excellence into daily practice.
