This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between clinical determinations and quality standards, helping to refine processes and support staff in maintaining high-quality care.
In this role, you will spend your day reviewing quality audit data, identifying trends in scores, and analyzing recommended scores against clinical assessor determinations. You will develop comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes, providing actionable insights to leadership. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to provide training to staff, helping to incorporate quality measures directly into their daily practice.
You will be joining Maximus, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality human services and healthcare solutions.
