This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing trends in quality audits, validating scores against clinical determinations, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
In this role, you will not only review and report on quality metrics but also play an active part in elevating team standards. Depending on program needs, you may provide training to staff to help incorporate quality measures into their daily practice. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with behavioral health concepts, and the ability to navigate complex systems to deliver actionable reports.
