This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, conducting peer reviews, and driving continuous improvement in how quality measures are integrated into daily clinical practice.
In this role, you will navigate multiple proprietary systems to audit assessment data and report on key performance indicators. A significant part of your day involves reviewing quality audit scores against Clinical Assessor determinations to identify discrepancies and opportunities for growth. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to train staff on incorporating these quality measures into their workflows, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
