This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, reviewing quality metrics against Clinical Assessor determinations to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
In this role, you will spend your day navigating multiple systems to collect and audit assessment data, identifying patterns that impact patient care and operational efficiency. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to train staff on incorporating quality measures into their daily practices, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
You will be joining Maximus, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality human services and healthcare solutions. Our mission relies on precise data and strict adherence to compliance standards, including HIPAA and Person First standards. The team values diversity, recognizing that incorporating special needs and cultural awareness into decision-making is essential for effective care.
