Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote - US)

About the Role

This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by rigorously analyzing data, identifying trends, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will bridge the gap between clinical determinations and quality standards, ensuring that every decision aligns with program contracts and regulatory requirements.

In this capacity, you will conduct quality audits using proprietary tools and review QA data to report on performance trends. A key aspect of the day-to-day involves analyzing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations to maintain high standards of care. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to provide QA training to staff, helping to incorporate quality measures directly into daily clinical practice. Success in this role requires navigating multiple systems, adapting quickly to new technologies, and communicating effectively with a diverse range of individuals to drive solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
