Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote - US)

About the Role

This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, conducting peer reviews, and driving continuous improvement in how quality measures are integrated into daily clinical practices.

In this capacity, you will utilize proprietary tools to perform quality audits and review data to identify patterns in scores and determinations. Beyond analysis, you will play an active role in training staff, helping them incorporate quality standards into their workflows. Success in this role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market value, and internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which also includes short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
