This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between data analysis and clinical practice, reviewing QA data to identify patterns and providing feedback that helps staff incorporate quality measures into their daily work.
In this role, you will utilize proprietary tools to collect and audit assessment data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Your insights will drive the development of reports that track activities and outcomes, ensuring compliance with program contract requirements. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including those from varied cultural backgrounds.
