This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be the guardian of quality standards, utilizing proprietary tools to audit assessments and analyzing trends to drive continuous improvement across the team.
In this role, you will not only review QA data and report on scores but also collaborate with clinical assessors to align recommended scores with final determinations. A key part of your day involves developing comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes, while potentially leading training initiatives to help staff incorporate quality measures into their daily practice. Success in this position requires a blend of analytical rigor and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, ensuring that quality standards are met without compromising the human element of care.
This is a remote position supported by Maximus, which provides company-issued computer equipment. To perform effectively, candidates must have a private, secure workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 50 Mbps for shared connectivity, and 5 Mbps upload).
