Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote - US)

About the Role

This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The primary mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will act as a bridge between raw data and clinical decision-making, reviewing QA data to identify patterns that inform continuous improvement across the team.

In this role, you will not only track and report on activities and outcomes but also have the opportunity to influence daily practice by providing quality assurance training to staff. The position requires a blend of analytical precision and collaborative communication, as you will work independently to navigate multiple systems while partnering with a diverse range of individuals to incorporate quality measures into their workflows.

Work Environment

This is a remote position requiring a private and secure workspace. Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment; however, candidates must ensure they have reliable high-speed internet service with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps download (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and 5 Mbps upload.
