This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by systematically collecting data, conducting quality audits, and analyzing trends. You will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, reviewing QA data to report on scores and comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to provide QA training to staff, helping to incorporate quality measures directly into their daily practice.
