About the Mission
Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Our mission is to deliver supportive, patient-centered psychology services that have a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. We are committed to providing the highest level of psychological services and staying at the forefront of ever-changing regulations, needs, and trends.
The Role
We are seeking passionate Licensed Psychologists to join our team in a clinical role designed to eliminate administrative burdens and offer real work-life balance. At SCT, we handle all administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so you can focus entirely on providing exceptional clinical care.
You will have the autonomy to work with a flexible schedule, choosing between part-time or full-time opportunities tailored to your personal and professional goals. The role offers customizable hours, including 32-hour and 40-hour equivalent work weeks, with flexible daytime scheduling. You will work in an environment free of cancellations and no-shows, utilizing an efficient, user-friendly, clinician-designed Electronic Medical Record (EHR) system.

Senior Care Therapy is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution; Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of application; Effective oral and written communication in English; Basic proficiency with technology including electronic health records (EHR); Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities; and Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required.
