We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Our mission is to deliver supportive, patient-centered psychology services that have a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. We are committed to providing the highest level of psychological services and staying at the forefront of ever-changing regulations, needs, and trends.
At SCT, we handle all administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so you can focus entirely on providing exceptional clinical care. We offer an efficient, user-friendly, clinician-designed EMR and a supportive environment free from cancellations and no-shows.
We are seeking passionate Licensed Psychologists to join our team in delivering clinical care to an underserved and rewarding population. This role offers a clinical practice without the administrative burden, designed to provide real work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to customize your schedule with full-time or part-time opportunities tailored to your personal and professional goals.
As a Clinical Psychologist at SCT, you will conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions within skilled nursing facilities. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. Your work will involve developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families, and monitoring patient progress to adjust care as needed.
SCT champions your growth with abundant resources, mentorship, and career advice. Through "SCT University," we offer CEU reimbursement, psychologist-led training on day one, ongoing clinical team support via peer-to-peer learning, and access to cutting-edge resources. We foster a culture where clinicians can thrive professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
We welcome individuals with a variety of licensure types to join our exceptional team. If you are interested in learning more about current openings for Clinical Psychologists (or LCSW, LPC, LMHC, and LMFT) in NJ, NY, PA, or MD, please reach out directly to discuss your fit with our mission.
