About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist at Edward Hospital in Naperville, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient care on a daily basis. This part-time position (20 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling with rotating day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
In this role, you will assist in developing new pharmacy services and clinical workflows while facilitating staff education to ensure team competency. You will supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel to maintain high standards in clinical programs. Your work will focus on implementing systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies, all while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
